Message	DISCOUNT TIRE is notorious for this. I quit going there because they love to cross thread my lug nuts and not say anything about it. I'll be in my driveway rotating my tires, and find out that there are a few cross threaded lugs (knowing they are the last ones to touch it). I've taken it up there on three separate occasions, and they deny it every time.
